My [impulsion] with regard
to the line between the palace
meadow & Carr's Hill, is that it is
on the north side of the ditch along
the meadow-side; far enough to
prevent the dividing fence from
interfering with the ditch- The
object having been to afford to the
owner of the meadow an opportunity
of draining it properly without
being troubled by the fence.
