Having promised you in my last, whereof
a duplicate is here enclosed, to give you
a further acc^t of the appeal of Capt. Ward
ag^t John Palmer I now send you y^e judment
of the Councill which is the result
of a particular Examination of y^e Business
and of a Rep[or]^t thereof made by y^e
[committee] of [Plantacóns] to his Ma^ty
in Councill And you will find that
instead of the list of damages which
The Appell^tt brought [in] to a large sum
The Councill have adjudg'd the penalty
of the Bond according to y^e first sentence
of the Ma[illegible] Couurt

here & take leave to add the particulars
