I observe what your Ex^cy writes of
the sinister endeavors of Mr Addington
to disturb Their Maj^ties Government
and oppose under your care but as The alteration
that is otherwise necessary might may
not perhaps in respect to the great affair of Canada
be altogether so very seasonable I postpone
the doing anything of that kind till
I hear further from your Ex^cy I shall
attend His Maj^ty again this year into
Flanders .
