I writt on the 8th
of Aprill to
the late Governr

Cranston as
well as to Mr
Holden & to Mr
Green
and another to Majr
Cranston on the
11th
of June assuring them all that
I would further the dispatch of
the business that concerned them
here but that by the Captivity of
Mr
Harris I believed nothing would be det
erminded therein till those persons for
whom He was to have app[eare]d should
have be prepared to make out their Titles
to the Kings Province or any part thereof
since wch
time their is a [illegible] presented
to His Maty
in their behalf and I suppose
twill not be
long ere some resolution be
taken thereupon.
I would not faile to be punctuall in acknow
the [receipt] yr
letter to me of the 8th
of May with
the Enclosed Inquiries letter to His Maty
which are now lying before ye
Councill
and I desire you & your [colony] to believe my self you me upon all
& yr colony in all things
occasions
