At a Court held for York County the 17th day of December 1792 This Appraisment was produced in Court and it being proved to the satisfaction of the Court that John Hay one of the persons appointed to appraise the said Estate did with Nicholas Presson and Henry Bohannon above named make their Appraisment on Oath as above, but that the said John Hay departed this Life before he had signed the same it is Ordered that the said Appraisment be recorded
