- MS 2013.1
- 1 item
Robert Greenhow writes to John Ambler to assure him that the charge against him for damask ordered by his wife for napkins is valid. Greenhow then goes on to complain about the effect of the summer drought on the corn crop and the rise of “Bilious Complaints” with the fall weather. He closes by informing Ambler that he has just received a “large & general assortment of woolens” brought by Captain Bunce of the Brutus.
Greenhow advertised the woolens in the Virginia Argus of September 1, 1804.
